Certification Evaluations

The initial part of any evaluation allows us to place your business into our unique business sizing matrix, it is only after that part of the evaluation that the final fee is determined. This is why evaluation prices below are representative. 

We ask for the deposit to be paid before the evaluation begins.  As all businesses are unique, the processing time differs for each evaluation. The duration of an evaluation depends on the size of your organisation.

N.B. Memberships are not valid without a valid certification from an evaluation.

Network Membership Fees

Flat-rate Memberships

Our flat rate membership are available for:

  • Single member businesses receiving under 500 or 25 hits per month (B2C/B2B)
  • Dual member businesses receiving under 750 and 50 hits per month (B2C/B2B)

Flat rate memberships are also subject to processing under an agreed monetary threshold per month, with the threshold to be agreed and reviewed at each evaluation. A ‘hit’ is receiving a paying customer through the app, that’s a customer who is spending without discount to earn credit or who is redeeming a discount voucher.

Standard Membership

For companies in B2B or B2C markets only
£ 15 Monthly
  • Feature on the Personal OR Business Rewards Network
  • Access to rewards through the Business Rewards Network
  • Become a Greenleaf Certified Supplier or Business

Premium Membership

For companies who are both B2B and B2C
£ 25 Monthly

Fixed-rate Affiliate Memberships

Fixed-rate affiliate memberships are available for:

  • Single member businesses receiving a minimum of 400 or 12 hits per month (B2C/B2B)
  • Dual member businesses receiving under 600 and 25 hits per month (B2C/B2B)

The fixed rate is a percentage of the total sale per hit. A ‘hit’ is receiving a paying customer through the app, that’s a customer who is spending without discount to earn credit or who is redeeming a discount voucher.

The fixed rate varies depending upon your business, it is to be agreed and reviewed at each evaluation. 

Fixed-rate affiliate memberships come with an added benefit:

For our highest scoring customer, we may negate our percentage to boost any discount offered and even contribute towards the discount ourselves.

Fixed-rate affiliate memberships are typically between 1-5%.

Emissions by Scope

Scope 1

Scope 2

Scope 2 emissions are those that are made indirectly by a businesses direct activity – e.g., emissions coming from producing the energy that is bought to power or heat your office.

Scope 3

Scope 3 emissions cover all the activity taking place up and down your value chain – e.g. emissions coming from suppliers or product distribution.  Typically, this scope is significantly the biggest.
